Real Estate In Uxbridge

Uxbridge was traditionally a farming community and while it has maintained that rural farming feel, Uxbridge town living has grown exponentially and currently is primarily made up of freehold homes, with single-family detached houses spread throughout the town. In recent years, townhouses have become more common catering to those seeking a low-maintenance lifestyle. There are also a handful of condos and apartments scattered around town.

Quaker Village is one of Uxbridge’s established neighbourhoods, where most homes are about 40 years old. The area is known for its farmhouse-style properties, many featuring classic centre hall plans. You’ll mostly find two-storey homes, along with a handful of bungalows, all set on spacious, mature lots that give the neighbourhood its welcoming, well-rooted feel.
