I’ve dedicated my time to serving this community, not only as Chair of the Uxbridge Business Improvement Area (BIA), but also as a board member for several local organizations including the North Durham Minor Hockey Association, North Durham United Football Club, and United Way Uxbridge-Pickering-Ajax.

With over 15 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent and joining the Cindy Wood Team in 2020, I bring a wealth of expertise in both real estate and mortgages. As a dual-licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Agent, I’m able to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to buying, selling, and financing their homes.

My background in Financial Planning and holding a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation at one point allows me to advise clients on how real estate fits into their long-term financial goals, helping them make informed decisions.

Beyond the paperwork and contracts, I love the personal side of real estate. There’s nothing more rewarding than shopping with buyers, finding that perfect home that fits their needs, and experiencing the joy they feel when they realize they’ve found “the one,” whether it’s their first home or a place for their next chapter.

Outside Of Real Estate

I’ve been deeply involved in youth sports, managing a girls’ hockey team for 8 years, which has taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, and a commitment to success.
